This policy explains what information Strategy2Code collects when you contact us or hire us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
01Who we are
Strategy2Code ("we", "us", "our") is a software development service that writes custom trading scripts for MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and TradingView. In this policy, "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us about our services.

02What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and complete your project.
- Contact details — your name, email address and, if you message us there, your WhatsApp number.
- Project information — the trading rules, files, screenshots, scripts and notes you send us so we can build what you asked for.
- Correspondence — our email and messaging history with you.
- Payment records — invoices and transaction references. We do not see or store your card, bank or wallet credentials; payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.
This website has no signup, no account area and no contact form. Nothing you type on the site is stored by the site itself.
03Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and collects technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view here, and whether you clicked a WhatsApp or email button — and sends it to Meta.
We use it for two things only: to measure whether our advertising is working, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in custom trading software. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we never upload your strategy or project details to it.
Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms. You can read how Meta uses it, and change your ad settings, in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can also block this tracking by declining cookies in your browser settings, using your browser's private mode, or installing a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp. Both are third parties with their own privacy policies, and they may receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
04How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To write, test and deliver the code you ordered, and to support it afterwards.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounting records the law requires.
- To reply to any complaint or dispute.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not share your strategy with other clients.
05Your strategy stays yours
The trading logic you send us is treated as confidential. We do not publish it, resell it, or reuse strategy-specific logic in another client's project. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before you share anything.
06Who else sees your information
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make our work possible — email and messaging providers, payment processors, our website host, and, where a project genuinely requires it, a subcontractor bound by the same confidentiality terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
07How long we keep it
Project files and correspondence are kept while the project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can support what we delivered. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your project files at any time after delivery.
08Security
We use reputable providers, protected accounts and encrypted transfer for files. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care of what you send us.
09Your rights
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent for any optional use of your data. Email support@strategy2code.com and we will respond within 30 days.
10Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service changes. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
